Community Development Block Grant

An open letter to the elected representatives of Herndon, Kansas:

During the early twentieth century several Marxist realized that Communism would slip back into Nationalism AKA Fascism if proper procedures were not put into practice (praxis). It was not enough to just shoot the traditional, "authoritarian" King and his supporters, it was necessary to prevent their mindset (the father's/Father's authority system, i.e., "local control") from initiating and sustaining control over any meeting establishing policy for "the people." This required a "re-educating" of all the citizens, from childhood up, including elected officials.

Traditional Marxists advance Marxism with outright force, as an "authoritarian." Transformational Marxists, uniting Freud with Marx and Marx with Freud, use "group psychology" instead. With Marx dealing with society (public) and Freud dealing with the individual (private), Transformational Marxists, i.e., facilitators of 'change,' i.e., psychotherapists, merging the two (creating public-private "partnership") through the consensus process, i.e., "group psychotherapy" are able to overcome the tendency of "the people" (including those in policy setting environments) to follow after an "authoritarian personality." The "authoritarian personality," under our Constitutional Republic form of government, instead of being a King ruling over "the people," is the father ruling over his family, property, and business, i.e., the local citizen with his private convictions demanding "local control," i.e., limited, representative, majority vote government with its separation of branches in order (as in "old" world order) to sustain his practice of private convictions, property, and business—"Mine. Not yours." (family, property, and business, i.e., individual, inalienable rights, under God, with God being the highest "authoritarian personality," i.e., "My garden. Not yours.").

The soviet system, developed from the Mir's of old Rus (Russia), was not enough to prevent Traditional Marxist's, "hard line," "authoritarian" Communists, such as Stalin, from taking control over "the people," following the same "top-down," "authoritarian" (National Socialist) pattern as was later used by Hitler over the German people. By the thirties, several Transformational Marxists, fleeing Fascist Germany, emigrated to the United States. Equating our form of government—again, which recognized, served, and protected the father's rights (the local property and business owner) as a King over his home, property, and business—as being the same as that of Europe, with a King, Keizer, or Tsar, they perceived Americans as being "potential Fascists." Becoming professors in our Universities, they introduced Transformational Marxism, i.e., the consensus process (the soviet system), into the American professional world, government, education, and culture in order to negate the effect local control, i.e., limited, representative, majority vote government had upon "the people"—individualism, under God.

The Community Development Block Grant derives its pattern of "governance" from the consensus process, negating local control, i.e., limited, representative, majority vote government. To partnership with it is to concede to its pattern. Any elected official who abdicates his office of representation to the socialist political system of the Community Development Block Grant (Communist Development Block Grant), with its use of the consensus process to establish policy—usurping our local control, i.e., limited, representative, majority vote form of government—has committed an act of treason against the citizens of his township, town, village, city, country, State, and Nation.

George Washington in his Farewell Address warned us: "If in the opinion of the People, the distribution or modification of the Constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way in which the Constitution designates. BUT LET THERE BE NO CHANGE BY USURPATION; FOR THOUGH THIS, IN ONE INSTANCE, MAY BE THE INSTRUMENT OF GOOD, IT IS THE CUSTOMARY WEAPON BY WHICH FREE GOVERNMENTS ARE DESTROYED." (Farewell Address by George Washington, Sept. 19, 1796)

"Individual values must be measured by their contribution to common interests and ultimately to world interests.... transforming public consensus into one favorable to the emergence of a stable and humanistic world order." By making me subject to policies, rules, and regulations derived from the consensus pattern of the Community Development Block Grant the elected officials of Herndon, Kansas have committed treason against me, a citizen of Herndon, Kansas. Refusing to serve and protect the Constitutional Republic form of government (with its Bill of Rights) which they swore to uphold they will go to their graves knowing they have betrayed their trust to the citizens of Herndon, Kansas.

The so called "free money" has seduced them into such folly, blinding them to the foolishness of their ways. The scriptures warn us: "And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not." 2 Peter 2:3 The role of a facilitator of 'change' is to seduce you with your desires and dissatisfactions of the moment,' i.e., with the "crisis" of the 'moment,' deceive you into believing that they have your "best interest" ("self interest") in mind, and manipulate you, as natural resource, i.e., as "human resource" to support, i.e., serve and protect them with your time, money, and possessions in their control over you and that which was yours.

Although "everybody else is doing it," a million wrongs, i.e., acts of treason, does not make it right. In order to retain our local control and liberties, elected representatives who do such praxis should be removed from public office, imprisoned, and heavily fined, being replaced with representatives who recognize, serve, and protect local control, i.e., limited, representative, majority vote government.

Qui tacet consentit: To be silent is to give consent.
